Webinar on Retail Treasury Bonds (RTB27), February 22

The Philippine Consulate General is once again inviting all Filipinos and Filipino-Americans to a webinar on the Philippine Bureau of Treasury’s 27th Tranche of Retail Treasury Bonds (RTB27).

​The webinar aims to inform participants about RTBs as part of the Philippine government’s savings mobilization program designed to make government securities accessible to retail investors.  RTB27 is a 5.5 year, low-risk, fixed-income investment, which provides interest on a quarterly basis.  Proceeds from the issuance will be directed to emergency, recovery and resiliency funds, in support of the country's economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Resource speakers from the Bureau of Treasury, Development Bank of the Philippines and Landbank of the Philippines will discuss the RTBs, terms of the offering and procedures to invest in the present Tranche.  The webinar will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) via Zoom.  The Zoom Meeting is accessible through the following link: http://bit.ly/RTB27Roadshow.
